Pathetic...Just Pathetic

How desperate has become the search for Blogable Material.

This phenomenon has already been well documented by the Director and the Whiner.

Now it's happening to me.

It isn't just a matter of having a important life moments slip away while I consider how they are going to look on the blog. It has now come down to the pathetic level of doing routine tasks, and hoping they will end up as a post.

Here's how it went down. We finally broke down and bought a new desk chair.

We really needed one.

As we began to assemble it, I actually said to Lil' Penny, "Hey, why don't you take some pictures of me putting this together, just in case something funny happens."

Now that's just sad.

The instructions actually were kind of funny. I really liked the fact that the entire sheet contained only one useful English word. There, in the corner of panel one, it said helpfully, "Click?"

Click.

That was it... Click.

Doogie and I attempted to make sense of the cryptic code.

I had no idea what this piece was. Guesses included a very large martial arts weapon, or a prop from the Da Vinci Code. Clearly, by this time, I was grasping for material.

Unfortunately for everyone, the chair turned out just fine.

Gina likes coke...

...and this Blog is in serious trouble.
